Actually now I believe this is really Miguel Jones. Either that or they get the two of them mixed up.

Thanks anoble. Count the Ways is actually a pretty good movie. Probably one of the first "couples movies", I guess. Desiree looks amazing in this scene.

I haven't tracked down the music but the movie Hard Gore (featuring Justina Lynn), which is on this site somewhere, features a very similar piece that is clearly performed by the same musicians. May have been "library music", I suppose.
