the man in the video is the chief of a religious council association in Bogor.while the women according to local media are civil servants.according to rumours the video was probably stolen and leaked by someone known to man in the video.after the video was leaked and made into the media the chief had since resigned.btw sorry for the late reply as i did not notice your comment
