They call it a keto diet but I hate labels. Just cut out bread, pasta, potatoes, all those starches, chips, popcorn... no dairy ( ice cream is the worst! ) rice, and drink no soda, not even diet soda. i dropped nearly 75 in two months, but it took extreme willpower which is a lot to ask of everyday folks. I couldnt keep it up, it goes against what everyone you know does. But that initial drop is amazing. Try it, cut sugar and salt too. You can see the difference in a few weeks. Thats all that stomach stapling shit does - force you to not eat the junk we take as second nature. Try to stay out of a fast food joint for a month, ALL OF THEM, its hard as fuck, but even with just that you'll feel a difference. Many of the really big gurls that were in porn ten years ago are dead.
