An "air-enema" is a great thing for punishment! Especially when given via a long tube higher up to the colon and a larger amount of air. Sometimes I gave it to a girl-friend and she had so much cramps and pain, that she even neede Buscopan suppos or a Buscopan/Novalgin injection.
